  1. Prices are firm & escalation free from the respective date of booking

  2. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable

  4. The payment due for construction link plan on the basis of present stage of construction shall be paid within 45 days of booking and the balance shall be paid as per construction done at site.

  5. The above areas are super built up area which includes covered plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities etc.

  6. Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra

  7. The terms & conditions of sale stated herein are only indicative and are subject to detailed terms & conditions in the application form and allotment letter

  8. The payment can be made through demand draft/ pay order payable at Delhi (NCR) and cheque favouring M/S PIYUSH BUILDWELL INDIA LTD.
